The problem is most people still don’t see hard evidence that truly investing in social media with intent is a top priority to build their business. I get asked many questions such as “how much will this impact sales?”, “how many people can you reach?”, “whats the ROI of social media?”.

Understand that sales and transactions is a bi-product of social media because of how these platforms are designed. These platforms are designed to scale relationships, which is the direct result not sales. Don’t skip the process and start figuring out how to scale one to one relationships.
